Pecan Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. old fashioned oats (uncooked)
    1 c. all-purpose flour (unsifted)
    1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine oatmeal, flour, pecans, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In a small bowl, combine milk, eggs and butter.
    Beat with fork until well combined.
    Pour the egg mixture over the dry ingredients.
    Stir just until they are combined.
