Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Stir in the pineapple juice, then add the cheese to that.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Spoon into greased casserole dish.
    Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs.
    Stir well and sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
