Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. dry sherry
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour in enough marinade to immerse meat halfway; then cover dish.
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight, but no longer than 24 hours.
    Turn occasionally.
    Cubed meats should be marinated only 2 to 3 hours.
    Grill or broil to desired doneness.
    Excellent on beef, chicken or pork.
