Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth or stock
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1 2/3 c. peas and carrots or Veg-All
Preparation
    Melt butter for filling in a saucepan.
    Blend in flour.
    Add broth, milk and seasoning.
    Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add chicken and vegetables, heat thoroughly.
    Pour filling into casserole dish.
    Top with your own pastry crust or Bisquick or ready made pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 (hot oven) 30 minutes or until browned.
