Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed white potatoes
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 onion, diced
1 qt. half and half
Preparation

Cover potatoes with water, just enough to cover.
Add diced onion.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add cream of celery soup. Blend well.
Add all of the half and half.
Blend well.
Cook until very hot, but not boiling.
Dip into bowls and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
