Tomato Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tomato
    salt and pepper
    butter
    cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Cut tomato into halves crosswise.
    Place cut side up in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Top with butter and
    cornflake
    crumbs.
    Bake
