*Rahmschnitzel(Veal Cutlets In Sour Cream Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. veal cutlets or scallopini
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 c. sour cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Saute onion and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons margarine, then remove from pan.
Add remaining 2 tablespoons margarine to the pan.
Season veal cutlets with salt and pepper; dredge in flour. Saute until golden brown.
Add onion and mushrooms, soup stock, lemon juice and sherry; heat.
Add sour cream and stir.
Simmer slowly until cream is well heated (do not boil).
Serve with rice.
