Vegetarian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, finely ground
2 large onions
1/4 lb. yellow cheese
6 eggs
1/4 lb. cracker crumbs
sage and garlic to taste
tomato juice
Preparation

Grind crackers, nuts, cheese and onions.
Beat eggs well; mix all together.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil and fry until brown on each side.
(Watch carefully as they brown fast.)
Place in large pan and cover with tomato juice.
Simmer 45 minutes or bake in casserole 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
