Emerald Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. liquid (juice and water)
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat liquid and dissolve gelatin in it. Allow it to set.
Whip with mixer and fold in the remaining ingredients.
Set in a large mold or several individual ones and allow to set.
