Gwen'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 can Hormel hot chili with beans (15 oz.)
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    3 tsp. pepper
    1 medium size onion, diced
    1 green pepper without seeds, diced
    3 tsp. salt
    chili powder to taste (optional)
Preparation
    In big skillet, fry hamburger, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper until hamburger is brown.
    Drain excess oil.
    Add Hormel hot chili with beans.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Let simmer 10 minutes on low heat.
    If too much for skillet, let simmer in a pot.
    Makes 4 servings.
