Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, place slightly thawed hash browns.
    Pour melted butter over potatoes.
    Mix soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper and onion. Then pour over potatoes.
    Top with grated cheese and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
