Ham Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lean ham
    1 c. carrots
    1 large onion
    1/8 lb. oleo
    1/4 c. elbow macaroni
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    4 c. potatoes
    1 c. celery
    4 to 5 c. water
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large pot, put in ham.
    Use bone if you have it.
    Cut up vegetables.
    Add parsley and water to cover.
    Add more if needed. Cook until tender.
    Add macaroni last 15 minutes.
    Use any vegetables you like.
