Ingredients

5 c. pound cake cubes or ladyfingers (few days old)
3/4 c. cream sherry
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
2/3 c. raspberry jam
2 1/2 c. strawberries or raspberries
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. heavy whipped cream
1 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Place cake cubes in large glass dish.
Sprinkle sherry over cake cubes.
Combine pudding mix with milk.
Heat slowly until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour over cake cubes.
Spoon raspberry jam all over.
