Easy Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz) package mild bulk sausage; cooked, drained and crumbled
6 slices white bread, cubed
1/3 cup chopped green pepper - and/or onions (both optional)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together eggs, milk, salt, mustard.
Fold in sausage, cheese, bread; add onion, pepper, if desired.
Pour mixture into 9x13 inch casserole.
Refrigerate over night (can freeze).\tRemove from fridg or thaw 30 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
