Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and milk.
    Stir into beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients into eggs and milk mixture.
    Drop into skillet full of hot oil (375\u00b0) about 3 tablespoons at a time from funnel.
    Fry until golden brown on one side. Turn and fry on the other side for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove from oil.
    Drain. Shake powdered sugar over cakes before eating.
