Crunchy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook chicken and remove bone and skin.
Chop celery and walnuts.
Shred cheese.
Combine all ingredients (except bread crumbs) in mixing bowl.
Turn into sprayed casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
