Cream Cheese Mini-Cakes(Makes Approximately 15) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 box vanilla wafers
Polaner All Fruit Spread (any flavor) or pie filling (any flavor)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream the cream cheese; add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Put one vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper.
Fill each paper baking cup 3/4 full.
Bake 30 minutes (may take longer, depends on your oven).
After baking, add fruit spread or pie filling on top of each cupcake.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
