Fish Tempura - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ahi or marlin, cut in bite-sized pieces (about 1 x 1 x 1/2-inch thick)
2/3 c. shoyu
garlic
ginger juice
1 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. flour
water
Preparation

Prepare marinade with shoyu, crushed garlic and ginger juice to taste.
Marinate fish in sauce overnight or longer.
Prepare batter by mixing Bisquick, flour and water to desired consistency. Coat each marinated piece of fish with flour.
Dip in batter and deep fry.
