Wonton Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 1/2 c. water
    8 c. chicken bouillon (8 cubes plus 8 c. water)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 pkg. wonton wrappers, separated (freeze other half)
    1 small bunch bok choy, chopped
    1/2 lb. Eckrich sausage links, sliced
Preparation
    In a large pot, bring 12 cups of water to a boil.
    Add wontons.
    Bring to a boil again.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Bring to a boil once more.
    When wontons float to surface (almost immediately), remove to colander.
    Rinse under cold water.
    Drain and set aside.
