Welsh Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. grated cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix beaten egg, flour, salt, mustard and pepper together and stir in cheese.
    Let milk come to boil and stir in mixture until it cools together evenly.
    Last, add butter and serve hot or on toast.
