Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 Russet baking potatoes or long white potatoes
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Leaving skins on, scrub potatoes and cut
    lengthwise
    into
    1/2\tinch
    strips.
    In
    small
    bowl combine oil,
    salt, seasoned pepper and paprika.
    Toss potato wedges in seasoned
    oil.
    Place potatoes on foil lined baking sheet and bake
    for
    about
    20 minutes or until tender.
    Turn potatoes once while baking.
