Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. soda dissolved in it
    1 egg
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together.
    Remove 1 cup of crumbs and set aside.
    Add buttermilk mixture and 1 egg.
    Mix and pour into 9 x 11-inch greased pan.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top of crumbs.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Best served warm.
