Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. chilled ground meat
2 tsp. chili powder
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 large cabbage, shredded
1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn
2 Tbsp. picante sauce
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large skillet heat oil; add meat, chili powder, onion and bell pepper.
Cook until meat browns and onions are transparent. Add cabbage; cook on low until cabbage wilts.
Stir occasionally; add Mexicorn, picante sauce, salt and pepper.
Cook until cabbage is tender.
Serves 12.
