Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 to 6 slices bread, cubed or enough to cover baking dish
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    5 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain well.
    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish with bread cubes.
    Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese on sausage.
    Mix remaining ingredients and beat well.
    Pour mixture over sausage and cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake as directed when ready to serve.
    May also be frozen.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
