Extra Crispy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, cut into pieces
    flour
    salt and pepper
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Wash chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired. Roll in flour and gently shake off the excess.
    With the faucet running very slow, hold chicken under the running water, turning it so the whole piece is wet. (Don't wash the flour off but just wet the chicken.) Now, batter the chicken again in the flour and drop into hot oil. Fry until golden brown on medium-high heat.
