Ma Bailey'S Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 3 Tbsp. cocoa and 1 block chocolate
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cook
    on low heat until sugar dissolves.
    Turn heat up, when it\tcomes to a roaring boil, cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Add 1 teaspoon
    vanilla and nuts if desired.
    Place in pan or sink of cold water.
    Beat until it starts to thicken.
