Colorado Con Queso Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 canned green chiles, seeded and chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large can evaporated milk
1 can cream of potato soup
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 can cream of onion soup
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in milk and soups and heat through.
Place cheese cubes in bowl and pour hot soup over.
