Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    5 to 6 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter with pastry blender. Make well in center of bowl and pour in milk.
    Stir until well blended and dough is slightly dry.
    Place dough on board.
    Dust with flour and knead lightly.
    Roll out about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
