Weeping Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 large red onion, sliced
1 box frozen peas
1 can water chestnuts
2 c. Miracle Whip
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. bacon
3 shredded, boiled eggs
Preparation

Layer the lettuce, cauliflower, onion, peas and water chestnuts.
Mix Miracle Whip, sugar and Parmesan cheese; spread over the top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, crumble the bacon and eggs over the top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Do not toss until ready to serve.
