Ice Box Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. chopped raisins
    14 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained & chopped
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    12 oz. pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
Preparation
    In bowl, stir together the pecans, walnuts, raisins, cherries, condensed milk and vanilla wafers.
    Dough will be thick, you will need to use your hands.
    Form dough into a ring shape on top of a dinner plate.
    Wrap in many layers of plastic.
    Wrap in foil or wax paper.
    Allow to age one week in the refrigerator; the flavors will blend and all of the milk will be absorbed into the cake.
