Linda'S Angel Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake or 22 oz. loaf
    4 eggs, separated
    1 pkg. chopped pecans
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler.
    Beat egg yolks and a tablespoon of milk and add to the melted chocolate.
    The mixture will become thick and very stiff.
    Add nuts and let cool.
    Slice and dice (or tear into pieces) the angel food cake.
    Whip the cream and whip the egg whites and fold the two together.
    Add the chocolate mixture to the whipped cream and egg white mixture by folding.
    Mix half of the mixture with cake and pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass cake dish.
    Pour remaining mixture on top. Refrigerate and serve cold or at room temperature.
