Sour Cream Chili Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 (6 oz.) bag corn chips
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, drain off fat.
    Stir in drained beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup cheese and onions.
    Set aside 1 cup corn chips, coarsely crush remaining chips and stir into meat mixture.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spoon sour cream on top, sprinkle with the 1/2 cup cheese and remaining chips around the edge.
    Bake 2 to 3 minutes more.
    Makes 6 servings.
