Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. milk
Preparation

With pastry cutter, cut shortening into dry ingredients. Add milk. Mix until mixture forms a ball. Turn onto a floured surface. Knead until smooth. Let stand to rise for 10 minutes. Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut biscuits. Brush tops with melted margarine and bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
