Applesauce Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. wheat germ (optional)
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients until smooth.
    Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle, greased.
    Cook until pancakes are dry around edges. Turn and cook other side until golden, about 12 pancakes.
