Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork loin chops (about 3/4-inch thick)
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, cheese and tarragon.
    Dip chops in crumb mixture. Place in 9 x 13-inch glass casserole.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over. Bake covered with foil in 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
