Amish Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups diced peeled potatoes
    1/2 cup celery
    1/2 cup onion
    1 1/2 cup water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 cups milk
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, water, chicken cubes, and salt in large saucepan.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Add 1 cup milk, heat. Mix sour cream, flour, and chives and remaining milk in bowl. Gradually stir into soup base.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
