Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    2 onions, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Irish potatoes, sliced
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    flour
    oil
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops.
    Roll in flour.
    Season to taste. Place oil in skillet and heat until hot.
    Brown chops in skillet. Butter a baking dish and line the bottom with potato slices. Place chops on potatoes, onion and pepper on each chop.
    Pour mushroom soup over potatoes and chops.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes in oven preheated to 350\u00b0.
