Buttermilk Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
    3/4 c. hot water
    1/4 c. cold water
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in hot water.
    Mix all ingredients together and put into electric ice cream freezer and freeze.
    Hand turned freezer works just as well.
