Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. raw rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 lb. raw chicken, cut into small pieces
    salt and pepper to taste (salt and pepper the chicken)
Preparation
    Warm soup.
    Melt butter.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Cook about 1 1/2 hours at 275\u00b0 or until chicken is tender.
