Jambalaya(A Fabulous One Pot Meal.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 c. cooked diced ham
    12 small pork link sausages, cooked, drained and cut in thirds
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. chili powder oil
    1 1/2 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp, chopped
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in a little oil until tender.
    Add chicken stock, ham and sausage; cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, just to mix.
    Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.
    Cover tightly with tinfoil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until rice is done and liquid absorbed.
    Makes 6 servings.
