Cherry Cream Freeze Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 lb. 5 oz. can cherry pie filling
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. or 1 pt. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Gently fold in whipped cream until well mixed.
    Put mixture in loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
    Place in freezer.
    Will keep frozen up to three weeks.
