Rocky Road Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pt. whipping cream
chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 large angel food cake or white cake

Preparation

Melt chocolate chips and sugar in double boiler.
Remove from heat.
Add beaten egg yolks to mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into chocolate mixture. Whip the cream and fold into mixture.
Tear cake into pieces and alternately layer cake and chocolate mixture, ending with chocolate.
Chill. Serve with whipped topping sprinkled with nuts.
