Hawaiian Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 orders short ribs (8 to 10 oz.)
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    2 small cans tomato puree
    1 medium onion, diced fine
    1 green pepper, diced fine
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dredge short ribs in flour.
    Place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven. Cook until partially done, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from oven. Drain off grease.
    Combine all ingredients together and spread evenly over ribs.
    Cover tightly and cook for one hour or until tender.
