Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sq. bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate (2 oz.)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
1 qt. low-fat (2% milk fat) milk
miniature marshmallows (optional)
Preparation

In a large saucepan, stir the chocolate, sugar and water over low heat until chocolate melts. Stir in the milk; increase the heat to moderate and bring just to a simmer, stirring constantly. Do not boil. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour into mugs. Garnish with optional miniature marshmallows.
