Spanish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, sugars, cinnamon, salt and oil.
Remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside for topping.
In remaining mixture, add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured pan. Spread topping to cover top.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
