Cranberry Pecan Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine the 1 cup flour and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Stir in 1/2 cup of the pecans.
    Press flour mixture in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
