Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat
    1 onion, sliced thinly
    8 carrots (bite size)
    4 potatoes, cubed
    6 stalks celery
    3 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 to 5 Tbsp. tapioca
    3 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Layer meat and vegetables in roaster.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over meat and vegetables.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours, covered tightly.
