Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen California Blend vegetables (carrots, cauliflower and broccoli)
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw and drain vegetables.
    Combine them with 1/2 of the cheese and other ingredients, except onions.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Serves 6.
