Carrot Cake Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
chopped pecans
Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients well and spread on tops only of cooled cake.
Sprinkle tops of layers with chopped nuts.
Icing will fall over tops of each layer and give a pretty effect or you can ice entire cake.
