Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 to 1 onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1 pkg. corn tortillas (12 to 15), cut into pieces
Preparation
    Saute beef and onion together in skillet.
    In a large saucepan, stir together the next 4 ingredients.
    Heat on medium to medium- high, or until cheese is melted.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer tortillas, ground beef and sauce.
    Repeat layers twice.
    Cover and heat in oven at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Remove cover; heat for 10 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
